There are two ways to enter this Competition.
Download and complete the Entry Form & Waiver below. Then either follow the instructions for submitting the online entry form.
(This will allow you to upload your documents and pay online.)
or print the forms and send them to

You may also pay online by clicking the payment link below.

Instructions for Completing your Entry Online:
You will be able to complete your entry entirely on this website by doing the following:
STEP 1 Click on the Entry Form and the waiver above and download them to your computer.
STEP 2 Complete the forms. Make sure to include all required information. Be sure to save them on your computer in a place where you can easily locate them.
STEP 3 Complete the information fields shown below
STEP 4 Upload the completed entry form,waiver, Flu/Rhino and CURRENT Coggins from your computer by clicking on the "Upload" buttons.
STEP 5- Then click on the "Submit Documents" button at the bottom of this page to download your entry form and the required documents to the Windsor Trace database.
STEP 6 Click on the "Pay Entry Fee Here" button to pay your entry fee once your entry form and documents have been downloaded.
